Venom

The return of the elemental assassin in the third part brings joy to the fans who just loved the first two parts of the series by Jennifer Estep. As an assassin, Gin Blanco’s current job is tough because he has to kill a giant who killed his family long ago. The grudge is personal but he wants to keep it professional which under the circumstances is not possible. To kill the enemy he has to use all his powers but it will reveal his true identity in front of everyone. Moreover, the enemy knows who he is and if he tells everyone he would not be the “Spider” anymore for his friends. He pretends that he is a retired assassin with a nickname i.e Spider but he is much more. Gin has the magic of ice in his sleeves and working with magical creatures and other deadly ones is not an issue for him. For everyone around, he has kept the camouflage of the barbecue business. Venom

Mab is everything for him but without the use of powers, it would not be that much easy for him. Jennifer Estep adds the issue of Bria Coolidge in the novel which makes Gin more worried about the developing issues. He is worried about the life of this young detective whom he loves very much and that’s why the enemy is coming for her this time. A Sense of Danger and Kill the Queen were painted in the same kind of trance. Jennifer talks about love in the time of war. Both characters don’t get a chance to express love but their eyes convey their feelings to the other. Lauren Fortgang does not try to convey feeling too much because the scenes are not always loaded with love.
