True Believer

Reece is the man whom the government approaches whenever it needs help in serious missions. The man has performed his job wonderfully well in the past but he does not work officially for the U.S government anymore. He has been branded as a domestic terrorist after his last mission which was for the sake of vengeance only.

Someone killed those that Reece used to hold dear in life so he started a mission of his own. During this mission, Reece was supported by his friends as well who are also considered terrorists now. However, when an Iraqi commander starts terrorist attacks in the US during the holiday season, the government is left with no other option except to call Reece back for one more mission.

The president offers a special pardon for Reece and his friends if he completes this task which means that Reece and his friends would be able to move freely once again. Reece accepts the mission and starts to search for true criminals worldwide. Jack Carr once again makes the mission global in this story. Savage Son and The Devil’s Hand were also boasted well in the middle chapters. The author starts the real action in the middle and the initial chapters only set the base.

Ray Porter could have given more pace to the story but the narrator has not altered anything in comparison to the first part. Ray wanted to go on with the show in the same manner so that the fans don’t feel any kind of unnecessary change in the series. Reece finally gets freedom for his friends and this removes the guilt.
