The Wolf and the Highlander

The Wolf and the Highlander is the second chapter of Highland Wishes. It is a romance and fantasy novel which is written by Jessi Gage. Terror Undone: A Turn Back Time Novel is the best one here with so much good content in there for the book lovers. Wishing for a Highlander is another brilliant novel from the author which also promises to make an exciting listening experience for fantasy novel lovers. Marian Hussey is the narrator of this novel. She did a great job with the narration and knocked it out of the park.

Anya has always been a bad girl. There was a vindictive plot set against one among her clansmen which backfired. It resulted in a very serious injury to her. She was crippled and scarred while discovering nothing so special or lovely about herself. She was not expecting anyone else to be the same either. Then, a magical wishing box was seen which deployed her into a new dimension. As a result of this, she became one of the most priced prizes that anyone could ever imagine.

Riggs heard a strange cry while hunting for a special marbled boar. He was a trapper in the western forest of Maryann. He got distracted from his hunt and lost the sow. But, he was able to find something more valuable instead. The worth of that finding was a lot more than a complete cart packed with the marbled boar sinks.

The book has got a good bit of pining and some hanky panky kind of scenes as well. But, there is nothing that could be termed as too bad here. There were sex scenes but they didn’t dominate the plot of this novel.
