The Winds of Dune

Dunes saga is known by every fiction and fantasy fan, the name Frank Herbert turned into a legend because of this series. Brian Herbert and Kevin Anderson have tried to carry on with the characters and scenario in the same way in this new series about the dune. Paul at the start of this part is supposed to be dead so his friends and other people that were around him are trying to control things without him. They are trying to digest the fact that Paul is not with them anymore and they have to learn how to control the imperial government.

Their efforts are not fruitful apparently still they are trying because they don’t have any other way to survive and help the locals. Narrator Scott Brick has not left the series for a very long time and the narrator has depicted the unrest wonderfully. The voice of the narrator takes the listener into this strange world where struggles of any kind are going on.

There is the struggle for survival and then there is also a struggle to maintain a firm government. The unrest is more than Dune: House Atreides: House Trilogy, Book 1, and Hellhole. Alia is trying hard and she is slowly becoming a bit disappointed because of the developments around her.

Alia’s mother has also become her biggest rival and the two are soon going to end up killing one another. Bronso who used to be Paul’s friend from the beginning is also given some important tasks in this portion of the series. If any listener is thinking about rest then it will not be granted to him.
