The Will and the Wilds is a romance fantasy novel. This one is written by Charlie N. Holmberg. The Paper Magician from the same series is her debut novel which was published in 2014 and you will find this one to be thoroughly amazing. The Glass Magician is another top one from the author and you will love it for sure as well.

The audio narration of this book is done by Angela Dawe. It was a complete and thoroughly entertaining performance. Her voice with all the tonal variations was perfect for both the male and female characters.

Enna was well aware of the fears which roam wildwood quite near to her home. When someone tried to assassinate her for obtaining a piece of enchanted stone then she thought about taking a big risk. She started to fight back with the mysting of her own.

The help of Maekallus doesn’t come for free at all. The price for that is a kiss only. He was the one with all the potential and the power to completely steal her soul. However, their deal leaves Maekallus bound completely to the corporeal realm. That was something that started to eat him alive. Only the kiss from Enna coming willingly could save him from any of the probable destruction. It is temporary salvation as far as Maekallus is concerned. At the same time, it was a lingering doom for Enna as well.

The story of The Will and the Wilds is really enjoyable. You will find it a little slow at the start but then it picks up a good pace in the middle. This book is surely recommended.
