The Wife Between Us Audiobook
Don’t take it as an average suspense story because it is a raw thriller by all means. The characters are taken from real life so not many people will initially be able to expect the limit that this story touches in the latter half. Jealousy becomes the root cause of the destruction in this novel written by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen. Two women are in love with the same man and both want to have him at any rate.
The wife of the man is obsessed with the love which she has for her husband right from the first day. She provided him with all the comforts which according to her was her husband’s just right. However, the man shows thankless behavior and leaves his wife for another woman who also claims that he loves him very much. This turns the wife into an evil character apparently because she wants to get rid of the woman who is trying to steal the love of her life.
That story seems to be true apparently and in the later stages, the two authors start bringing the bitter realities to light. There were other things as well which were connected to the three characters and the listener at this stage goes into a new phase of the tale.
Julia Whelan narrated all three characters on her own which was not an easy thing because all three characters possess different personalities. The Golden Couple and An Anonymous Girl are equally charming for those literature lovers who like spooky finishing. The story proves that appearances could be seriously deceptive at times.
