The Whistler

The Whistler is a mystery thriller. It is the first installment in The Whistler novel series which is written by John Grisham. He is an American lawyer and author of legal thrillers. If you want to know about his more exciting books then do give try the audio version of his Sparring Partners novel. Apart from this, he did a brilliant job with the writing of his Theodore Boone: Kid Lawyer novel.

The audio narration of this book is done by Cassandra Campbell. The narrator is disappointed as the monotonous voice failed to add any personality to the characters.

The story of The Whistler is just fine. The female narrator performed below average and that took away a lot from the story.
