The Tentacle Awakens

The Tentacle Awakens is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the first book in the Demon Princess Magical Chaos novel series which is written by J.J. Pavlov. She loved to tell stories since she was a kid and then she converted that passion into her profession. The Tentacle Awakens is hands down her best novel. But, she also did a decent job with the writing of Paths of Exiles. Moreover, Academy Days is another good one from Pavlov.

The audio narration of this book is done by Katana Jones. The narrator was good at some of the Japanese parts. But, struggling with the pronunciation of a few words.

Kuroe was the tomboyish kind of an ace of her high school club. When she fell asleep all of a sudden in her home in Tokyo after finishing a long marathon and woke up in an unbelievable fantasy world then a lot of concepts became her actual reality. She wasn’t reincarnated like those other light novel settings. Rather, she was not reincarnated in the form of a human being at all. She was reborn as a Chaos. It was supposed to be the child of a demon queen and at the same time, heir to that particular kingdom that was in an intense war with humanity.

The book will be great fun. If you have been a follower of anime then you will have even more fun with this novel. It will shape up into a fantastic, epic adventure. All of the characters of the book have very well-written personalities which will make you go for the next book in the series passionately.
