The Shameless Hour

Bella is created as a really unique character by the author Sarina Bowen. She is the one girl who is not looking for any kind of permanent love in her life. She is happy with the flings with the players of the hockey team. Settling in life with a single individual is not something which she considers a permanent solution for her love life.

Her neighbour is completely a different sort of a personality as he is a strict Catholic and he never crosses the limits. Sometimes Bella thinks that she is attracted towards that handsome person but he is not there for the taking because he remains in his domain all the time and he thinks that crossing the line is not the thing for him. Then one night, a bottle of wine and a few good kisses did the trick and Rafe lost his virginity eventually.

Bella thought that the situation will ease down after a while but Rafe wanted her permanently. Voice of the two narrators Saskia Maarleveld and Nick Podehl take the love story further as Bella’s luck gets twisted and she feels that she needs a true friend. HIM brought new situations and sensations to the scenes and Us depicted love too but that was the love that started right away.

This is not the case here because the two lovers consume a lot of time before finally accepting that they are in love with each other. The shyness in the behaviour of Rafe and the freedom which Bella wanted was actually becoming the hurdle in the path of love. Once the two lovers realize that they must tell the truth, the situation gets solved.
