The RPG Apocalypse

The RPG Apocalypse is the first installment in The RPG Apocalypse novel series. This science fiction and fantasy title are written by Jeremy Chambless. You will find him with excellent fiction, fantasy, and LitRPG novels that are full of action.

The audio narration of The RPG Apocalypse is done by Maks Daniels. He spoke way too fast. You need to slow down the narration speed to make it a comfortable listen. It was all a good performance apart from that.

Life by no means was a game but that might just be the case now.

For Joseph, every other day was the same. He was a student, who goes to attend his class and then return home. He just couldn’t help himself to wonder what all was that for and for whom it was all for? Life was quite dull for him and it didn’t look like changing anytime soon. So, is it too much for someone to ask for any excitement in life?

Finally, all the prayers of Joseph were answered. But, that didn’t happen in the way which he could have ever expected. Ghouls, goblins, kobolds,  the myriad, the mythical creatures, and monsters had procreated all over the campus of the college, and even beyond. The massacre there was shocking.

If Joseph can survive that RPG apocalypse then he would need to determine the new rules very quickly. Is it too wrong to feel alive when so many have died?

The premise of this story is very interesting. The author did a great job of keeping it simple so that the listeners could have an enjoyable and easy time following it. Overall, this one offers great, nonstop entertainment.
