Bill was keeping an eye on everything but the project was lacking pace. Everything was behind schedule, then one day the CEO of the company called Bill and told him that he will close Bill’s entire department if he fails to deliver results in ninety days. For Bill, it was like entering into a nightmare because his entire future was revolving in front of his eyes. Everything was at stake and the only thing which Bill had in his hands was his philosophy of Three Ways.
With time running out Bill arranges everything in a smooth flow and starts working on the project in a more serious way than before. There are no pauses left in the narration by Chris Ruen and it seems that the narrator was also working on a smooth flow. The book teaches us many things about management and the flow of work.
