The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the galaxy is the first book in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy novel series. This science fiction and fantasy book is written by Douglas Adams. He is known for this particular book and series, which was aired on BBC Radio long ago in 1978. He has written many other spectacular books and series where he was highly appreciated for his The Restaurant at the End of the Universe book. So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish is another top-class book from the author.

The audio narration of this book is done by Stephen Fry. He is versatile and an excellent narrator. The choice of narrator for having Stephen Fry for this one worked quite well as it turned out to be a great performance.

Just a few seconds before the planet Earth got demolished to pave way for the galactic freeway, Arthur Dent was plucked right off the planet by Ford Perfect, who was his friend. He was a researcher for the revised version of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.

This dynamic pair together started a journey right through the space which was supported by the different quotes from the book. This will turn out to be one of the finest experiences which you will cherish and relish for a long time to come.

Douglas Adams has longtime fans and followers, and they like whatever he writes. This by far is the best book from the author and if one book from the author has to be read then it is this one. The strong narration of this audiobook makes it an even stronger candidate to be at the top of your reading list.
