The Gathering Storm – Prologue

It is a book that was always on the cards because the fans needed such a thing in the series. Robert Jordan started writing the series as it was he who started everything and then after his death, it was difficult to handle things. In order to continue the series, an expert was needed and that’s where Brandon Sanderson joined the show.

Michael Kramer, Harriet McDougal, and Kate Reading have narrated this prologue or we can say the twelfth book of the series. This book explains the ending quite well and it can be said that it was needed to clarify certain things that were misunderstood by the listeners. The book is not only full of details but it is also captivating too.

So getting bored is not an option at all because every page is full of so much fun for the old fans. The Gathering Storm and The Eye of the World are also sheer entertainment. Such books are always quite fun to have because they have so much information that a person can go through them more than one time. If any of the listeners have not listened to the previous parts of the series and know nothing about it then he will get nothing out of this book.

So getting this book in such a situation is the biggest mistake a person can make. The explanation would be of no use if you don’t know what the authors and narrators are actually talking about. The connection of this book to the previous parts is nice as it was written intentionally to promote everything present in the first eleven parts.
