The Chase

Nicholas Fox used to be the best thief and con artist of the time until the day he was caught by Kate. Kate was the only agent who was able to catch Fox and she not only caught him, but she also touched his heart after which he didn’t want to leave. Fox convinced the FBI that he could be a very good tool for them when it comes to chasing the bad guys so the department hired him and made him Kate’s partner.

This is one thing that Fox wanted and since then the two have been arresting bad guys all around the globe. They have proved to be a successful team and their love life is also getting better because they are always with the time to provide for each other. Carter Grove is the next target of this wonderful team of detectives.

Carter was once the chief of staff in the White House and after retiring from service he started his own private security agency which was a good step. However, he also started stealing rare artifacts from all around the globe. This time he has stolen a Chinese artifact that can start a worldwide war.

The department sends Kate and Fox to retrieve the stolen artifact before things go out of hand. Scott Brick narrates such stories quite often and he has the skill which is needed to narrate stories of the kinds One for the Money and Two for the Dough. As for the authors Janet Evanovich and Lee Goldberg, the cooperation has been working fine till now and the fans hope that this continues in the future too.
