The Cartographer: Complete Series comes with the three chapters and is the prequel to The Cartographer novel series. This science fiction and fantasy series is written by AC Cobble. He is from the USA and came to prominence through his Benjamin Ashwood novel series. He has made valid contributions to the science fiction and fantasy genre with his novels where one of which is Benjamin Ashwood. If you like to know about some of his more novels then Raise the Banner will be a very good choice.

The audio narration of the subject series is done by Simon Vance. He is a top performer with an incredible vocal range. His performance in this series has been par excellence and you will enjoy every minute of this audio novel.

There was a brutal murder committed in a tiny village which revealed a terrible truth. Sorcery was once thought to be dead in Enhover, but that was not the case. There was evidence about the human sacrifices and the occult ritual which proved that dark forces were called into action yet again. There were plenty of twisting threads of many clues which lead all across the known world to the ending point of the huge empire. The trail then would return home.

Duke Oliver was an adventurer, cartographer, and the son of the king. He had many better things to do than to investigate a murder that was committed in a quiet fishing hamlet.

The start was really solid and then it seemed that the story was quite dragged in the middle. The narration was outstanding. The book contains sexual scenes as well so the discretion of the listeners is advised.
