A lone warrior stands between the Republic and its destruction which is at hand. The evil force is coming and there is nothing anyone in the Republic can do about it. The Jedi have decided to send someone to the outer rim who can stop the evil at its place before it enters the domain of the Republic. Revan is the only Jedi who seems to be fit for the situation because he has been there before.

Some think of Revan as the hero who fought against the Sith quite bravely while others think of him as a villain because he came back with a corrupt soul. When he returned from the war against the enemy, he became a changed person and for some time he started working against the Republic. Then the Jedi council forgave his crimes because it thought that the services of Revan were also great for the nation.

There was a penalty that Revan had to pay i.e his memories were erased and he forgot everything that happened to him in outer space. Though the council and the Republic think that Revan has forgotten everything but he still has those vague pictures in his mind that torture his soul. Dynasty of Evil and Path of Destruction are symbols of Drew Karpyshyn’s creativity and this is one more to the legends. Like always the story is narrated by Marc Thompson who has narrated most of the stories linked to the Star War series.

This one is all about Revan whose sufferings are greater than any other Jedi standing in the council. The fate of the Republic is also in the hands of the man who once tried to destroy it.
