Once a professional warmage i.e Minalan now lives in the valley of Boval as a spellmonger because he wanted a quiet and peaceful life. For six months the things went really well for him and he got all what he desired from life perhaps even more in the form of a lovely woman. His apprentice was also doing fine and this gave him a chance to look at life more carefully.
They had only one hope i.e Minalan who happens to be the most powerful wizard in the world. This is not the only problem which the author Terry Mancour throws at Minalan. The wizard has to deal with a pregnant girlfriend and also an ex-girlfriend who holds deadly magic related to sex. Don’t go straight for Warmage and Arcanist in a hurry after finishing this book because Terry’s books need sometime in the understanding process. Author as a routine presents twisted things so that the audience gives some time to his work. One some occasions one has to go through a chapter twice to get to the base of the concept clearly. Nothing is left incomplete but the completion takes a lot of time which creates unrest in the audience often.
