The craft of the Soulsmith is the real deal in this chapter and it is this art that Lindon wants to learn. The Soulsmith is said to have the power to forge weapons from souls. If Lindon remains successful in learning this art then he would have no problem in facing the large army that is also coming to the ruins. War is not the same as that in Wintersteel but it has fragments of it especially those which the fans appreciated.
