Slaves to Darkness

Calling it an ordinary series is not an appropriate thing at all because it is a saga that we are dealing with. For years the fans have been listening to these books and the craze has not decreased at all. Seeing number fifty one on the cover page of this book shows the length to which the author John French has taken the series. Jonathan Keeble didn’t have to bring a lot of changes in the narration because everything is already going perfect in the series.
Terra is once again under threat as danger is closing in from all sides at the same time. The traitors who were trying hard to gain control of the land are finally in power and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Horus is not in perfect health because his wounds are not healing fast. Guilliman and the Lion are the only hope for the people of the land because they can face the army of the enemy if they are able to return in time.

If they fail to return in time then even their combined might would not be enough for the state. Terrible times have approached in Terra, stories such as Shadows of Treachery and Praetorian of Dorn might not look up to the level of this story at this stage.

This is not only neatly written by the author but it also has the ticking of clock situation in which time is continuously running out. Everyone is on his heels all the time because the battle can turn in favor of any side at the end of the story.
