Shadow Reaper is a paranormal contemporary romance novel. It is the second installment in the Shadow Riders novel series which is written by Christine Feehan. Apart from paranormal romance novels, Christine Feehan has also written paranormal military thrillers and other fantasy novels. One of the top novels of the author to list here is Dark Wolf. Another superb book of hers that you must consider listening to is Ghostly Game.

The audio narration of the Shadow Reaper novel is done by Jim Frangione. The performance was good and nothing wrong with it. However, the audio quality was not good.

Ricco Ferraro was a billionaire playboy. He was the one who knew no other life. Being a shadow rider was something running in his blood. But so was also an immensely haunting stemming coming from the dark secrets of his past. It was his recklessness that not only put his own life at risk but also the future of his whole family. She was looking to have a haven and far away from the danger that had stalked her over the last few months. In the embrace of Ricco, she found one. But then the darkness in which they found sanctuary could consume them as well.

The plot of Shadow Reaper is great but somehow it couldn’t be converted to its full potential. Nevertheless, it is still not a bad book to try.
