Redemption is a mystery thriller. It is the fifth chapter in Memory Man Series which is handsomely authored by David Baldacci. He has made a good name for himself in the mystery thrillers writing domain.  Memory Man is the best chapter from the subject series and it should not be missed. Moreover, The 6:20 Man is yet another exciting mystery thriller from David Baldacci.

The audio narration of the Redemption novel is done by Kyf Brewer and Orlagh Cassidy. The duo performed brilliantly well together and they should look to work more often together. Amos Decker, a detective found out that a mistake he committed as a novice detective might lead to some deadly consequences.

Amos Decker and his partner in the FBI, Alex Jamison were revisiting his hometown in Ohio. That was the time when he was once approached by an unknown man. But he was quick to recognize the name of the man. He was Meryl Hawkins. He was the very first person whom Amos Decker was ever arrested for murder. That happened when he was a rookie investigator in the department.

More than 10 years of jail term left Meryl Hawkins quite unrecognizable aged and seriously ill as well. But there was one thing that didn’t change there. He maintained his innocence and told that he never committed those murders at all. Could this be a possibility that Amos committed a big mistake all those years ago? Just as he started investigating that old case, he found a shocking connection to another crime that he might be able to prevent… Redemption is an intriguing and fast-paced mystery. Nothing about this story was predictable and that makes it a great mystery thriller.
