Prisoner of Night

It is astonishing to see that J.R. Ward has the power to create books that just grip the mind in the oddest of ways. Apparently, for many of the listeners who are not regular followers of the author’s works, the stories are with ordinary themes but the depiction is always strong. Even the love scenes are painted in a method that is different from the rest of the authors present in the current era. Ahmar emerges strongly in the novel after she loses her brother who gets abducted by the enemy.
The girl at first is seen worried about her little brother and then as time passes there is vengeance which is seen in her eyes and the enemy is threatened by the way she starts to march forward. With new allies increasing all the time Ahmare is like a new power on the land who is ready to stand against the evil of the world.
The demons present in the world bring about their downfall with their own hands when they pinch this young lady without any reason. Jim Frangione does not give the book a romantic touch like that of Lover Unveiled and Lover Awakened as this was an action-filled sensation. No one could have narrated it better than Jim who brings the characters present in the book to life.
The fans are bound to get entertained by every word which comes out of Jim’s mouth. The mission in this tale starts as a subjective one and then it goes objective when Ahmare starts representing the weak. She instead of just saving her brother decides to root out the evil present on the land.
