Peace Talks

The sixteenth book is here and Harry Dresden has still not been able to find peace. He has faced something worse than death many times not because of his own doings but because of his friends whom he tries to save on every occasion. Turning into a ghost was a deadly experience and then turning into the minion of the Mab was a hellish experience too. Jim Butcher throws Harry Dresden into another mission and it is all about survival once again.
The supernatural nations of the world have entered the same house and they are looking for peace. They have been fighting and killing each other for many years and now they happen to be in search of peace. According to Harry that was a good idea for sure so he joined the White Council security team in order to stop any kind of hostility.

If something of the kind occurs during the negotiation then everything would be dashed to the ground once again and even bigger war will start among the groups who have been fighting for centuries. A dark force has other plans and it does not care what Harry thinks about the future of the supernatural world and the world of humans. Harry is the only one who holds both world dear and he just cannot choose anyone of them.

The dark force tries to destroy Chicago and everything which exists in it this means that Harry has to end that darkness first. James Marsters has narrated Turn Coat and The Law too so the audience likes his voice in this series and no one at this point wants a change in narration. Thus it is better that the narrator goes on with the work till the end of the story.
