Overlord, Vol. 2

Overlord, Vol. 2 is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the second installment in Overlord Light Novels Series which is written by Kugane Maruyama and So-bin. Kugane is a brilliant Japanese novelist. He is highly regarded for his creation of the Overlord series. The same was adopted later into an anime and manga. If you are interested in the best of the Overlord series then do check out Overlord, Vol. 1 (Light Novel): The Undead King which will thoroughly mesmerize you. After finishing the under discussion volume 1 and volume 2 of the Overload light novel series, the Overlord, Vol. 3 (Light Novel) will become your automatic choice.

The audio narration of Overlord, Vol. 2 is done by Chris Guerrero. He was a superb choice to narrate this book as his voice was perfect for the character of Ainz. He did a much better job ironically for this title than what he did in the actual anime itself.

It has been more than a week almost since Momonga made his last log-in into his favorite RPG. And then, he shipwrecked himself right there. He started to lead his guild in the capacity of the Ainz Ooal Gown overlord. He discovered himself in urgent need to have some better information in his hands. Therefore, he started his journey and disguised himself as an adventurer. His destination was E-Rantel, which was a walled city. He had his battle maid, Narberal by his side as well. There they accepted a mission for retrieving all the medicinal herbs along with a few other considerable things.

The book has a phenomenal story and it couldn’t be recommended enough. The writing of the author will enthrall you along with the exceptional voice acting skills of the narrator.
