She was more of a half-human monarch. The humans on the other end were found to be no match against the different faery affinities and they would hardly agree to the détente of the queen without any resistance.

Lily always wanted to be a very fair ruler but she also feared abandoning the life that she had always known. But, with the changing circumstances around her, their priorities for Lily have also changed quite a lot.
