He was deeply burdened with hatred and was all alone for ages. In that situation, he had very little reason to live but only until he experienced a gorgeous, fey mortal coming to kill him, but involuntarily saving him instead.

The subject series is without any doubt lovely but this is not one of the best titles in the series. But still, it wasn’t bad either. Attempting this novel in audio will be a safe choice. The vocal performance of Robert Petkoff is the highlight of this book. His voice was smooth and his accents are spot on.
