People are getting quite freaked out in the world of today because of health issues. Every day we listen to more and more about health problems and we start feeling that we also have those horrible anxieties. So we start looking for help and we start a little workout for a while but after some time we become lazy or get tired of the routine.

Thus we want someone who can force us to perform those regular chores without any kind of delay. Here in the novel by Liane Moriarty, the audience meets nine strangers who come to a health resort because all of them think that they are facing certain serious health issues. A few are with broken lives and they want to start their life all over again while a few of the guests just want to get rid of the weight that they have gained in the past few months.

None of them was expecting that the ten days camp will bring so much change in their life. Among these strangers, there happens to be a special character which the narrator Caroline Lee has narrated with care and accuracy as well. Her name is Frances and she used to be a romantic novelist in the past but she thinks that she has lost that touch now.

She does not know what she is really looking for but when she meets the owner of the health resort she thinks that she has finally understood what she is actually looking for. Big Little Lies and Truly Madly Guilty were focusing on the life of a few individuals but here we have the life of ten characters which the author makes us analyze. Nine are the guests in the resort and the tenth character is the charming and charismatic owner of the resort.
