Lured by the Dusk

Lured by the Dusk is a romantic suspense fantasy novel. It is the third chapter in the Tower Knights series and the book is written by Angela J. Ford. She is a bestselling author of steamy fantasy and epic fantasy romance novels. She has published more than 25 novels in her career so far and one of them is Princess of Blood and Blade. Another book from the author that deserves to be mentioned here is Music of the Night.

The audio narration of Lured by the Dusk novel is done by Freya Victoria. The narration and the narrator of the book failed to impress the listeners.

When misfortune befalls Tanith then she relocated to live with her uncle and aunt. It was quite far away from all that she knew about. Tanith was quite suffocated by all the restrictions that she had in her new life. Therefore, she planned to go for a tomb robbery so that she could finance her escape. But the time when Tanith penetrated the crypt then she aroused the beast of a man. He was called a piper by Tales. He was an immortal who was all driven by vengeance and had no heart.

He demanded to have her hand in marriage which would be the punishment for the crime that she committed. Tanith was quite aware that he was using her as a kind of leverage so she plotted to secure her freedom. The story of Lured by the Dusk is pretty solid and the audience would love to experience the depth of the characters. The only thing that disappointed me about this audio novel is its narration.
