Kingdom of Shadow and Light is the 11^th chapter of the Fever novel series. The romance and fantasy novel is written by Karen Marie Moning. She is a talented American novelist. A number of her novels have appeared on New York Times bestselling list. Her Shadowfever novel reached the number one position in the prestigious list of NYT and several other national-level bestselling lists. Darkfever is one more novel from the author which deserves a lot of appreciation for the author.

The narration of the Kingdom of Shadow and Light novel is done by Amanda Leigh Cobb and Aiden Snow. The duo didn’t impress the listeners at all. They lacked emotion and there were major issues with the pronunciation. Right from the moment MacKayla arrived in Dublin for hunting the killer of her sister, she had to fight through a very tough battle. She not only had to survive in that battle but she also had to secure power. This was badly needed for the protection of the city and also to defend all those people whom she loved a lot.

In the capacity of the High Queen of Fae, Mac was up against the greatest challenge of her life. She was ruling the race that she was born to kill after hunting them. It was the race that wanted her to be dead soon so that they could have a pure-blooded Fae queen put on the throne.

Kingdom of Shadow and Light novel failed to live up to the expectations of the fans of Karen Marie Moning. The author has surely given much stronger novels than this. This one lacked having any strong story and the characters were also not that well developed.
