Journeymage

Minalan the one-of-a-kind wizard proves to be the trump card in the battle once again as he takes the army of the king towards success. The war was not easy to win but Minalan made everything look so easy. Enemy of the king are down on their knees and crushing them is no less than fun for the great wizard.

Ironically the king at this time in war signs a peace treaty and Minalan is ordered to stop. Having nothing else to do the wizard just leaves the war aside and decides to have some rest perhaps a vacation would be a fine thing. King Rard gets busy in his own affairs of the state and Minalan instead of going on vacation goes to tribal Kasari who helped him in the time of war. [Journeymage Audiobook]

Now it’s Minalan’s time to repay the favor which means that there is no rest for the wizard even when the war is over. He faces terrible evil once again like goblins and Wilderlords. Author Terry Mancour provides another mission to the Spellmonger in which he has to provide security to those who are left with nothing after the war. [Journeymage Audiobook]

The refugees who join the march think of Minalan as a hope for them. More danger is on the way in the form of Prince Tavard who wants a refugee hidden in the march. Not very personal like Warmage and Arcanist at the start but in the last four chapters the game changes. John Lee narrates well but the sound trembles in certain scenes where more depth was needed. No error is there in the pronunciation of the names and magical words so everything looks alright.
