Jarek

Jarek is a science fiction romance novel. It is the first chapter in the Dragons of Preor novel series. The book is written by Celia Kyle. She is an author of paranormal erotic romance novels. You will surely enjoy her writing in Roaring up the Wrong Tree. Apart from this, Alien Commander’s Chosen is another good one by Celia Kyle. The audio narration of Jarek is done by Todd Mrozek and Mandy Lane. They alternate chapters in between and that for the subject title was a very good idea. What could be hotter than to have an alien with scales? An alien with scales and wings, and not to mention a hot body.

Jarek sen Claron was 457 Preor years old. At that age, he was a dragon all set to go for his ultimate fight in the skies. That voyage to the Earth as the War Master of the third fleet would be his last assignment. Once he had helped the other Preors in securing the human mates, he would return to Preor before the madness of the loneliness would overtake his mind.

All of that changed when he met Melissa for the very first time. Human Melissa with her striking, sparkling eyes, nice body, and bright smile would make any male drool. Unfortunately for her, she never registered herself as a Preor mate hopeful. The Knowing stretches between them and there was no way that she could ever resist him until she does.

Overall, Jarek is a pretty decent but not groundbreaking novel. It would have been great to have more meat in the story. Still, investing your time in the book would be safe.
