Hunted

Hunted is the first book in Feral Souls Trilogy. It is written by Erica Woods. She is a romance-addicted author who had given a few excellent titles in the genre as well. If you like such stuff to read or listen then Assembly novel of the author will make a very enjoyable audiobook experience. The audio narration of Hunted is done by Isabelle Ruther and Aiden Snow. Both of the narrators were awesome. However, Aiden Snow was outstanding and deserves a special mention here.

The only possible way or escape was just to die… For 18 long years, I was the one who suffered a lot at the hands of the Hunters. For that long period, they tried their very best to break me in any way and also to tear me open while completely unbridling the petrifying monster that was living right within me. But things changed when they went too far.

When a desperate escape happened that led to another encounter with death, I was pushed hard to place my trust within the control of four different, formidable strangers. Their feral nature was quite untamed and wild. Their warrior kind of hearts played their part in making mine come alive. When I was offered by them a place to live during the time I heal, I just couldn’t say no the offer.

But, the secrets that I was keeping were quite lethal and at the same time, my past was twisted as well. The character development and dialogue in the story are quite detailed. You will enjoy the multiple points of view of the characters. The narrators too were great, especially with the seamless switching of their voices between different characters.
