Cate is among the lucky ones apparently but her life is in serious trouble and under a great threat.  Her family wanted her to marry a handsome and rich man and they were trying to find the right man for her and she wasn’t interested in it at all.

She was working in a bar and was living in a Boston pub with a roommate. All she has to do is to water the plants of her roommate and take care of his mail as a result of which she was allowed to live in that place. One night her roommate Marty didn’t come back rather another strange-looking man with the name Beast came to the place.

He had a letter from Marty according to which he was allowed to stay in his place. Cate had no other choice except to let him in. In the morning she went to the bar and when she returned there was nothing left in her room. Thus she starts thinking about getting some help and Kellen’s name comes to her mind i.e the ex-cop who has been hitting on her for quite a while.

Cate feels that a stalker is after her and she is in need of serious protection. Moreover, there is more than one lover on her tail and she can select only one of them. Dangerous Minds and Going Rogue introduced to the audience two marvelous authors, Janet Evanovich and Leanne Banks. Here their combo has made the story look more spicy and appealing. Things are really hot in this novel by all means.
