John Carr also known as Oliver Stone was once the most talented assassin that the country ever had. He was found standing in front of the White House in Lafayette Park, which was for one last time perhaps. As per the request of the president, Stone was asked to serve one more time on a covert and high-risk mission. Although, he fought hard for decades to leave behind his past career Stone this time had no choice but to say yes.

The mission of Stone then changed dramatically before it even began. It was the night of the state dinner which was to honor the British prime minister. Just as he watched the motorcade of the PM leaving the premises of the White House that evening, a bomb was detonated just outside in Lafayette Park. It looked to be a terrorist attack that was planned against both leaders. It was in the aftermath that Stone took on a more critical assignment – It was about finding those people who were behind that bombing.
