The audiobook of Feel the Burn is narrated by Morgan Hallett. The narrator was really bad with the pronunciation of almost all the names in this book. It was an annoying experience in that regard. War is something known to make some really weird bedfellows for you.

I know it quite well since I had to fight off a good part of my family consistently for the sake of maintaining law and order in my jurisdiction. But, I had no idea that I had to consort with some barbarian woman. Her name was Kachka and she was gorgeous, especially if you like them to be fierce and I wanted that always. But, she always had a complaint about me that I am quite decadent and spoiled. She also said it clearly that how and why a dreaded Daughter of Steppes got absolutely no time for any of the foolish dragons. I am quite positive that she adores my eye patch. It was kind of dashing. Death was always chasing us and we are known for taking our passion just in the same manner as we take all of our allies.

There are some discerningly erotic scenes in this book that comes with some strong conflicts and fight situations as well. Flawed women could be seen with varying ethnic backgrounds and skin tones.
