Faith of the Fallen

Richard Rahl and Kahlan Amnell fought with their full strength against the powers of darkness and luckily they survived and were successful as well. After their success in the fifth part they didn’t get the time to enjoy because the freedom or release of Chime brought more destruction to the land. The Sword of Truth was apparently no match for the Chime but Richard and his beloved Kahlan stood their ground. They thought there hard luck had brought enough tragedy to their souls but they were wrong.

Terry Goodkind separates the two lovers in this sixth part and this really torments their souls. Sister of Dark has Richard trapped into the Old World because he sacrificed himself in order to save Kahlan. In his last meeting Richard took an oath from Kahlan that she will not follow because everything is happening according to prophesy. Love forces Kahlan to go against everything she knows.

She breaks the promise and just tries to forget prophesy that has separated the two. After gathering a big army the lady is ready for a big war and if she is not getting the love of her life back than the enemy is also not getting what he dreams of. John Kenneth does not give a single exhausted sound in narration this time and it has been the sound of a true warrior which he has given to the novel. Wizard’s First Rule and Stone of Tears were author’s best performances but this book leaves them behind.

Love with madness in it was the primary thing which impressed a large audience. Also we haven’t seen Kahlan so much charged up previously, this time she is ready to take the heart out of her enemy.
