Erik the Tempered is the second chapter of Dokiri Brides’ novel series. This paranormal romance novel is written by Denali Day. She is known for writing fantasy romance and paranormal romance stories. You will have a guaranteed good time with her Magnus the Vast novel. Another brilliant book that the author has written is Ivan the Bold. The audio narration of Erik the Tempered novel is done by Shane East. He pulled it off pretty well and you will enjoy this more than you will ever complain about anything about it.

Tysha was sold to the whoremasters by her husband. She fled into the night with the pursuers who were hot on her trail. For once in her life, the gods show some mercy and then carried her to Erik the Tempered. He was a man as wild as he was considered to be noble. The long-dormant hear of Tysha was awakened and was drawn helplessly to the enigmatic, quiet man who appeared to be content in maintaining his distance.

Erik was obligated to have a bride chosen for himself. He spent a few weeks in his half-hearted pursuit of a woman. Any woman, in that case, would do as long as he could say goodbye easily. Fate however brought him an unforeseen bride who turned out to be as nervous as she was lovely. With every passing day, Erik realized that his timid bride went on to conceal the heart of a lion. On top of that, it finds it much harder to turn from her sweet touch and the haunting eyes. But loving her came at a huge price which cost him his home, family, and purpose. Erik and Tysha very soon would discover the cost and reward of unconditional love.
