Edge World

Edge World is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the fourth chapter in the Undying Mercenaries novel series. The book and the mentioned series are written by B. V. Larson. He is one of the best writers that we have today in the science fiction and fantasy genre. If you haven’t tried any novel from the author so far then his Ice World novel could be a good place to start with. You will become an even bigger fan of the author after you try out his Dust World novel.

The audio narration of this novel is done by Mark Boyett. This is another good thing to happen with this audio novel, after having B. V. Larson as its author. Mark delivered a compelling performance which made this book a grand experience for the listeners.

Legion Varus and James McGill were deployed together on the Edge World for its protection. It was a planet known for its very slow rotational pace. Each day on the planet was believed to be as long as a year on Earth. The sun-side of the planet was baked with unlimited sunshine. Then, the night0side was cold and full of many weird creatures. There was a shadowy line drawn right between day and night while living over a civilized zone that was right at the edge of the world. Some nomadic people were roaming everywhere on the planet. It was those inhabitant forces of the Earth that must be protected.

You will have a very good time listening to this Edge World novel. The story is very fresh and the narration by Mark Boyett is even better.
