The prince in this story reawakened Beauty. It was not done this time with a kiss but with intense sexual initiation. The reward he got for ending the 100 years of magic proved to be the total and complete enslavement of Beauty to him. The writing by Anne Rice in this novel will be as good as anything else that you could find in the erotica genre. The book does have same-sex scenes as well along with the hetero scenes and a good number of dominant women.
