Dragon’s Gift: The Protector Complete Series: Books 1 – 5 is written by Linsey Hall which are paranormal romance fantasy novels. Linsey is a bestselling author of paranormal romance novels. A Kiss of Shadow is a beautiful novel by the author. A Forest of Stars is another nice title from the author that is worth trying.

The narration of the subject novels is done by Laurel Schroeder. She did a tremendous job by giving unique voices to all the characters. In Magic’s Bend city, I was the one protecting all that was mine, no matter whatever it was mine. I was just a Conjurer to the world. When it comes to my closest buddies, I was a FireSoul or perhaps a very dangerous Magica that comes with the dragon’s soul and forbidden powers. SO what was the downside there? If anyone could figure out who I was then I will be dead. Therefore, I preferred to lay low while kicking my butt with all my weapons, but not my magic.

Things became quite ugly when I witnessed to murder of an influential vamp ally and I became the main suspect as well. Very soon, I was hunted down by the strongest, sexiest supernatural whom I had ever met. Ares was one among an unheard-of vamp hybrid, and it was really hard to say if he was interested in kissing or killing me.

I had only three days in hand for catching the real killer. But what was the bad news there? It would take my forbidden magic just to succeed. But will it be possible for me to control all that, let alone keep all of my secrets with Ares overseeing my every move? What will be the case especially when the stakes would get much higher? The storyline of the title comes with some parts of history and then a little bit of mythology as well. The characters shown here are all believable and liable.
