Dark Ghost

Dark Ghost is the 28^th chapter of the Dark saga. The book is a work of romance and fantasy. It is written by Christine Feehan. She writes some amazing paranormal romance novels. Her other specialty is to write paranormal military thrillers as well. If you are looking for other notable novels from the author then try out her Savage Road novel. Once you finish with this one then her Murder at Sunrise Lake novel will also make a great read.

The audio narration of this book is done by Phil Gigante and Natalie Ross. As expected from the duo, this was a great narration.

Andre Boroi had the reputation of a bounty hunter, monk, and vampire slayer. He has spent several centuries battling with the undead. He was able to hold out against the dark with a lot of honor. However now, he is deeply wounded by Costin Popescu who was the master vampire. Tracking Andre was quite easy then as then his spilled blood has marked the entire killing trail for Popescu along with a hungry band of the underlings. The only chance there for Andre was to vanish into the Carpathians’ gray mist out there. He had to wait and also had to hope for the best.

Teagan Joanes was a geologist who was in the mountains, searching for a precious crystal. She was betrayed there by those who she once trusted a lot.

The story of this book is just fine. However, character development was lacking and the character of Teagan was annoying at times. We are 28 chapters down the dark series and it looks like the quality of writing and originality is getting compromised here.
