Dark Age

Long ago Pierce Brown described the colour coded society in the first part of the series. The red coded was assigned the duty to dig their way upward and when one of them came to the top, he realized that they have been deceived by the Gold family. The other groups reached the top long ago and they were living a life full of luxury for many years.

Darrow decided to take revenge on the Gold family by bringing their creations down to the ashes. This part of the series is in continuation to that thing and here Darrow has been named as an outlaw and he I once again on the run. The terrible thing is that he has to run from those that he worked for in the past.

He has to prove once again that he is not the villain in this society. Previously he was branded as a villain and years later Darrow stands in the same place once again. Tim Gerard Reynolds, Moira Quirk, and James Langton have given their voice to different characters in this novel and all the characters are in a hurry this time. Lysander is back in business and this heir wants to establish peace but the way which is being adopted is not peaceful at all.

Mustang is worried for her husband while Lyria is running for her life in a different corner of the world. If you are trying to guess the ending according to Red Rising and Iron Gold then you are making a mistake. All you have to do is to move on with the flow and you will enjoy the beginning middle and end of the story.
