Dangerous Highlander

Dangerous Highlander is the opening chapter of the Dark Sword novel series. The book is written by Donna Grant. She is the bestselling author on multiple lists including NYT and USA Today. She has got more than a hundred novels written so far. You will enjoy listening to the audio version of her Dark Alpha’s Redemption novel. A Dragon’s Tale is another novel by the author with the same quality of writing.

The audio narration of this novel is done by Antony Ferguson. He is a top-notch narrator and has full command over his accent. His female voices were slightly compromising but that was not a major issue.

He is the one known to be tremendously strong and he is quite dangerously seductive as well. Lucan MacLeod was one of the fiercest members of his clan. He had the reputation of a legend among all the warriors there who use to inspire fear alike in both men and women. For three long centuries, he has locked himself away from the world while hiding the god who was deeply imprisoned within his soul. However then, a young lass was seen caught within a raging storm and that awoke the deepest impulses inside him and as well as the darkest desires.

Cara was not at all able to believe in any of the rumors that were about the MacLeod castle. But only until the time when the Highland warrior appeared there like some fiery vision within the storm.

The story was not that good but it wasn’t bad either. The characters at times seem to be flat as well. It was the narration by Antony Ferguson which helped in making this audiobook sound so good.
