Confessor

Confessing gives us a chance to start our life all over again, author Terry Goodkind here hasn’t provided the main character with this kind of luxury. The final time is here at last and Richard is thinking about confessing something which will leave him with nothing in the end. Evil has come to the land and there is one thing the people of the world can do now i.e watch the evil flourish.

They have no power to fight against the enemy that has landed on the surface and all hopes of survival are no gone forever. At a quick pace, the survivors are going down. Some are embracing the change and those who are trying to stand against it perishing. Among all Richard faces the guilt that he was the one who knew about all of this since the beginning. Still, he is allowing it to happen and is doing nothing to stop this process.

He has lost his love and is not interested in anything further in life. Richard and Kahlan take the voice of Sam Tsoutsouvas for this final part. The author has not paid too much stress to war this time because he looked busy working on Richard’s character more than anything else.

Wizard’s First Rule started the series and at that time the end was not that much predictable but after the second part, everything became obvious in this case. The Scribbly Man can be selected after ending this book if someone wants to continue with the fun that this series has provided. Not much was there for laughter in this series because the story was serious and of an epic proportion.
