City of Fallen Souls is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the third chapter in the UnderVerse novel series which is written by Jez Cajiao. He is known for writing LitRPG and SFF titles.

If another title from the archives of Jez has to be recommended then Empire Ascendant will make a very good choice. Moreover, Age of Stone is another recommended title that Jez has written with a lot of command and authority as a writer.

The audio narration of City of Fallen Souls is done by Wayne Mitchell. It was a lovely performance. Wayne will make you feel as if you are within the story.

Jax was able to survive the Smugglers Path along with the majority of his party. But, at the same time, he also suffered a lot of losses. He had to discover how far he could go for the Oracle. He had witnessed the darker sides of his own as well as his followers.

The Himnel City crawled with violence, depravity, and as well as backstabbing. If Jax was serious about keeping his people and continuing to supply his rising war machine then he need to rob it blind, and not only think about surviving there.

Jax had some honest, straightforward, and simple methods for dealing with people. He also got a few new tricks as well along with a few new allies. The challenges ahead would test everything that mattered to Jax.

The storyline of this book is awesome. However, the main character at times will bother you with his childish behavior. The book contains some mature content too so listeners’ discretion is advised.
