Choosing the Highlander is the third chapter of the Highland Wishes novel series. The book is a fantasy novel which is written by Jessi Gage. She is a bestselling author in USA Today with many successful novels to her name. Terror Undone: A Turn Back Time Novel is one of the most exciting novels by Jessi Gage. Another one with a brilliant storyline and cast of characters is Wishing for a Highlander novel.

The narration of this novel is done by Marian Hussey. After reading many reviews of the listeners, it was a very entertaining performance. Her accent was specially mentioned which added to the story and mood of the characters.

In 1981, Connie was a mechanical engineer and was working in Chicago. Her job demands him to design the innovative plumbing systems then. She also worked in the design aspect of taking her life to the level of perfection. It had to go to the man whom she was keen to marry. But, she was unable to say yes when Mr. Right proposed to her. There was a vacation time that took her to the beautiful Scottish Highlands. In that place, her twin wishes for Connie to discover true love. None of the sisters there ever thought about deploying Connie five centuries into the past life.

Wilhelm was the barony of Dornoch’s heir. He hoped to have a seat in the Parliament one day and then to bring down the urgently required reforms in Scotland. But, things changed all of a sudden when a lady slated for quick execution claimed her innocence was using the most uncharacteristic language.
