Psy-Changeling series had a large number of people attracted towards it by the first two parts. Nalini Singh has kept the fire of love and lust burning in this third part too. The author first talks about the strange bond which is formed between two different specie after which she comes to the story. Depiction of the strange emotions has remained the strongest point of the author throughout her career. Brenna is a she-wolf who is in a terrible condition in this novel. The girl needs serious help and fast otherwise she would be completely doomed forever. She was once abducted by a serial killer for an unknown purpose after which she is not the innocent little girl she once used to be in her early life.

Brenna is in need of serious help and in this condition she meets Judd who is a telekinetic. He promises to help her and then things get complicated between the two really fast. Alpha Night and Angels’ Blood also talked about sensuous pleasures between two characters of different breed. Here the author is again bringing us to the same point through Brenna and Judd. Angela Dawe’s narrates the lusty feeling just superbly which is developing between the two from scene one. Although the two don’t express their feelings directly but it can be seen as a passion which is burning in their eyes. Now the problem is that this feeling makes them move away from the main mission which seems to be very risky for their future. Danger is coming after them and they can smell it because of its little distance and keeping themselves engaged in another thing might just be dangerous.
