Heather Costa narrated this Broken Mate novel. The narrator is very enjoyable and you will have fun with this performance. I was the last of the surviving members of my pack and I was running for my life. In the capacity of the future leader of my pack, Silver Wolves, my life was planned quite carefully. I stayed pretty much hidden most of the time and learned to fight. Everything changed then in my life in an instant. An unknown enemy slaughtered my pack. I was all alone and had no idea who should I trust. I looked for my safety all around.

Then there came another pack leader and he offered me something that nobody else had. It was about giving me protection. He was way too hot, sexy, and an utter jerk. Moreover, he was also my destined mate. The more I tried to fight our bond, the more we got pushed together by fate. But the price for that could be a lot for both of us.

I was being hunted and the different choices I was forced to make could destroy me. Broken Mate will be an addictive listen with a fascinating story and well-developed characters. Furthermore, the narration of this book also went quite well.
