Boundless

Boundless is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the first title in The Lost Fleet: Outlands novel series. The book is written by Jack Campbell. He is a retired US Navy officer and a writer of military-based science fiction stories. If we talk about his best works then The Lost Fleet: Victorious and The Lost Fleet: Dauntless are two of his best novels.

The audio narration of this novel is done by Christian Rummel. A lot of listeners were glad to know that Christian is the narrator of this book. He performed awesomely well and the listeners enjoyed this book and its characters a lot, through his impactful voice.

Geary had always believed in Alliance. He managed to uncover the overwhelming evidence that the topmost ranks of the government were involved in the prison camps and secret programs. Despite that, he believed that the evidence was still worth saving.

He also believed that his duty was to check that justice was provided even when some sections feared about the revelation of the truth could lead the Alliance to crumble all of a sudden.

But, after surviving a couple of assassination attempts just by a whisker, Geary came to realize that there are a few who found the easiest approach to make the problems of the Alliance go away was by getting rid of him. He discovered himself ordered to take on a risky new mission which was just outside the reach of the space that was under the humans’ occupation, while the Senate continued to clash over the discovered evidence.

Jack Campbell has done a brilliant job with the writing of this story and producing such a diverse fictional world. It was further enhanced with some outstandingly developed characters and a soulful audio performance by Christian Rummel.
