Blood Kiss

Blood Kiss is the first book in the Black Dagger Legacy. This paranormal romance novel is written by J. R. Ward. She is a fantastic American novelist of contemporary romance and paranormal romance novels. Lassiter and Darius are two of her most prominent books. The audio narration of Blood Kiss is done by Jim Frangione. The narration was simply superb with everything good and nothing to complain about.

Paradise was the daughter of the first advisor of the king. She was all set to just break free from the restrictive life that she was having as an aristocratic female. But what will be her strategy? It will be to join the training center program of the Black Dagger Brotherhood and then to learn everything to fight for herself, or perhaps think for herself as well. It was a good plan until everything around went wrong. The schooling was really difficult and the other recruits there would feel a lot more like enemies rather than allies. It was quite clear that Butch O’Neal, the brother was in charge. He was also known as Dhestroyer who was having many big problems in his own life as well.

That was all before she fell in love with a classmate. She was known as Craeg who was a common civilian. She was absolutely nothing that her father would ever want to have for her, but everything that she might ask for in a male.

This is just an average book. Ward had written way better books than this one. The narration was good and it wouldn’t be a bad idea at least to give one try to this book.
